About Us

Director John L Prosser has over 40 years industrial experience and has held senior positions in Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Food industries. Posts have ranged from Chief Engineer and Health and Safety Manager at a Grand Metropolitan cake manufacturing factory, to a Consultant with responsibility for designing and developing a complete Sauce Manufacturing Company from scratch, eventually becoming Operations Manager! He has extensive experience of project management and maintenance engineering.

For several years John was a Food Business Development Advisor giving consultancy support on contract to the Welsh Assembly Government Food and Market Development Division advising on and developing business plans and grant applications for food businesses in South East Wales.

John has lectured in University and is a Registered Trainer with both RSPH and Highfield ABC offering training in food safety HACCP, and health and safety. He provides expertise in both engineering and technical food matters.
